What to know
Maurice Lacroix has brought an extensively openworked movement to its vintage-inspired 1975 collection. The new 1975 Master Skeleton, reference 758108-S1S12-002-3, wears an elegant 43mm steel case with a slim timekeeping ring around the exposed gear train. Rose-gold-tone hands and a black calfskin strap warm up the predominantly silver-coloured mechanics.

The manufacture automatic ML234 displays its balance, bridges and small seconds at six directly on the dial side. Its frequency is 18,000 vibrations per hour, with a 50-hour power reserve and 34 jewels. A sapphire back reveals further finishing and the skeletonised winding rotor; water resistance is 50m.

The manufacturer's 2026 catalogue currently lists the watch as new and available for preorder, with estimated delivery around October 30 in the United States. The price is US$8,400 before tax or €7,900 in Belgium. Its initial announcement day is not given on the undated product listing, so this editorial entry does not invent one.
