What to know
Clemence is marking five years with a particularly focused version of its slim Photic MKII dive watch. The Swiss Edition retains the original design's carefully curved case, but gains an Atoll Blue blasted dial and a numbered sapphire dive bezel with luminous markings. Only 25 pieces are planned, each assembled in Britain and individually numbered.

This is the brand's first Swiss-powered watch, using the Soprod M100 automatic movement. Clemence quotes a 42-hour reserve and a rate regulated toward ±4 seconds per day. The contoured 316L steel case is 38.5 mm wide, with a 39 mm outer bezel and a 46.5 mm lug length. Despite 200-metre water resistance, the case itself is 9.9 mm high, or 10.5 mm including the sapphire crystal.

A 904L steel bezel ring, BGW9 luminous markers, soft-iron anti-magnetic shielding and a steel bracelet with an on-the-fly adjustment clasp make the specifications unusually ambitious for the size. The limited edition is due to open for orders October 22 at 18:00 UK time, priced at £949 on its steel bracelet. Photographs show the announced watch ahead of the order window.
