What to know
Christopher Ward has expanded the C63 Sealander beyond time-only and GMT watches with its first mechanical chronograph in six years. The new model uses the recognisable Lightcatcher steel case, now measuring 41mm, and adds a black ceramic tachymeter bezel and prominent, neatly integrated pushers.
Five dial colours were introduced, including the pictured pale blue version with contrasting black chronograph registers. Applied markers, carefully shaped hands and polished edges help balance the visual density of the three-counter layout. It is a conventional sports-chronograph arrangement, but one interpreted with the brand’s increasingly confident contemporary design language.

Inside is the automatic Sellita SW510, offering a quoted 62-hour power reserve. A 30-minute register, 12-hour totaliser and running seconds provide the familiar mechanical chronograph functions. The Sealander Chronograph shows Christopher Ward approaching a competitive category with a straightforward combination of movement, finishing and bold colour choices.
